Later, he really did came in, held a bucket of popcorn, soda and his male friend came with him, probably an assistant? they sat beside the aisle. When the film ended and about to go out, I walked out until I reached Jerry's back. In a low voice I called him "Jerry". He turned around and I immediately said "Happy New Year!" He felt shy and a little surprised, smiled and returned to say a phrase "Happy New Year".

Afterwards he waked away. I followed him with my eyes as he went inside the Comfort Room.hehe. Then after that I saw him leave the theater... a really very odd experience, consider it a New year gift!

I'm not really a Jerry fan, but I really like Jerry so I thought of sharing this to everyone. Fans do know that Jerry is in L.A, right? However, I was really gor scared that he was really very handsome! I imagine him a little lean, well-vigorous, good mood, so Jerry fans can all feel relieve.

Remember the Tw Tourism project & how previously it was written that F4 as Ambassdor not only has to film a drama together, hold concert together, appear for promo together, etc, etc And how it was written that Jerry's not joining, Jerry's sick, etc, etc, & that's why the filming is postponed??? And Jerry reply was he has not seen any script, not informed of the schedules, details, etc, ect??? And that even the Tourism ppl said they have not seen any script yet.

Well, in the above article, AC has said that she has already prepared 3 scripts & will be giving it to the authority THIS MONTHh. And that it took her 3 months to get the scripts ready as its a diffcult project, blah, blah, blah. So what's the nonsense earlier abt the filming being postponed bcos Jerry is sick, Jerry has not agreed, etc, etc. So Jerry is telling the truth when he said he cant give an answer as he has not seen any scripts or informed of any schedules & arrangements.

And in the above article, the Tourism ppl said they have never said they insisted on all 4 must appear together as Ambassador in all events. That their utmost concern is the script, whether its a good one & can reflect the purpose of promoting Tw for tourism. And it seems the Tourism authority is rather unhappy with Comic giving excuses such as F4 is overseas, etc, etc.

And AC has said she has spoken to Jerry, Jerry said he will try his best to coordinate as he already has other prior jobs on hand. I think this is very reasonable as 1stly, Jerry did not know that F4 was being proposed for Tourism Ambassador until it was announced by AC in the media. 2ndly, cant expect Jerry to just sit & wait & cancelled all his other projects. Even in the end, if Jerry cant participate as a Tourism Ambassador if it clashes with his other prior upon agreed on projects, Jerry is in the right.

According to Fenny, Jerry is not the only one still in the midst of discussion abt this project (meaning discussion is still going on with other members of F4).

I feel more relieve now that the TW Tourism ppl has spoken out abt not requiring all 4 to appear together in all activities. At least if Jerry takes up this tourism project, he is not tied down totally by it.

From the above Liberty Times' news article, we realize that:
1. AC has not submitted any detailed plans or script for the Tourist Bureau to review.

2. When Tourist Bureau questioned, AC has been giving excuses, such as Yan Cheng Xu is not available all the time, F4 are all abroad, it is hard to arrange F4's schedules, Yan Cheng Xu has not confirmed to participate or not, etc...

3. After hearing the excuses, Tourist Bureau indicates that the contract/agreement didn't specify that all 4 members have to participate, so the excuses of Yan Cheng Xu this or that can't stand. I support Jerry's decision. We all know that AC's team is very different from The Hospital's production team that she always uses rumors of affairs and conflicts to gain publicity for dramas. If Jerry works with her, I am sure news such as Jerry's having conflicts with her and/or F3, being difficult, etc..., will come out. Besides, I still remember how MG2 was boycotted by some F3's fans, and how Jerry was attacked for being the main lead but the other 3 were not. If Jerry was the main lead, he would be attacked by some fans from the beginning of filming until the end of broadcast. However, if the script is good, regardless of all the above concerns, I am sure Jerry won't hesitate to take the role. As usual, he is the target of attacks and blames, regardless he takes the role or not. With this poor storyline, why bother to involve himself in all those troubles for extended period of time?

Jerry is smart. He knows where his heart goes. By decreasing the contact time but not refusing other short-term endorsement activities, it will surely decrease the problems as well. We don't need to concern too much. We just need to support Jerry and his decisions.

Boyband F4 set to charm Japanese, Korean tourists

F4, a popular Taiwanese boyband, have captured the hearts of young women around Asia with their boyish charm, and now Taiwan's tourism bureau is hoping to cash in on the band's popularity to promote the nation's tourist industry.

Taiwan Tourism Bureau Director-General Janice Lai confirmed yesterday that the group would be recruited to play in a television series called Wish to See You in Taiwan.

The project is sponsored solely by the bureau, she added.

Lai said that the series will include 25 episodes, with a majority of scenes filmed at selected tourist attractions around the country.

It is going to be a "touching romantic story," Lai said.

"We will place the information on our Web site [www.taiwan.net.tw] and ask for opinions about where the filming should take place," she said.

The series will target tourists from Japan and Korea, Lai said.

It is scheduled to be broadcast in both countries in November.

Viewers in Taiwan, however, will not be able see it.

Based on the contract between the bureau and the production firm, the F4 team will meet with their fans at promotional events organized by the bureau.

The bureau owns the copyright for the series and will make a 30-second TV commerical from program content for use in Taiwan and elsewhere.

Lai said she is confident that F4 will draw the attention of female tourists from both Japan and Korea.

She said one time she was invited to be the guest of honor at an event attended by Vanness Wu , one of the band members, and his fans. Lai was asked to draw lots to pick fans to come onto the stage.

"When those lucky few got to meet Wu personally, they were so excited that they began to cry," Lai recalled.

Overall, the project will cost the bureau NT$80 million (US$2.5million), which will cover the production and the budget to buy air time in both Japan and Korea.

Lai said many people may think NT$80 million is a huge sum. They may also ask why Taiwan cannot have documentaries broadcast on the Discovery or National Geographic channels, as Malaysia and other countries have done in the past.

"Air time in Japan and Korea is really expensive," Lai said. "And the tourism bureau in Malaysia has an annual budget of NT$7 billion, which is seven times more than we have."

Earlier this week, media reported that Jerry Yen, the most popular member of F4, might not be able to act in the series because of a schedule conflict.

Chai Chi-ping, the producer of the series, said in an interview in the United Daily News that Yen has already promised to participate.

The boyband would not breach the terms of the contract, she said.
